The volumetric weight calculation is using IATA calculation method and Chargeable Weight shall charge whichever is bigger when comparing Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight.

Volumetric weight calculation method: length (L) X width (W) X height (H)/5000

For example:

Actual weight: 1 KGS

Length (L): 61 CM Width (W): 20 CM Height (H): 20 CM

{length(cm) X width(cm) X height(cm)}/5000*2 * (freight charges of each country

Because the volumetric weight is larger than the actual weight, the volumetric weight will be used as the calculation of the shipping cost

As for the arrangement of international online shipping fees, the details of calculation is as follows:

In addition to China, the charge is at least 1KG, and all other regions are charged at least 0.5KG. All regions except Japan and the United States will compare the actual weight and volume, and the largest unit will be charged.

In China, Japan and the United States, the actual weight is calculated, but the length, width and height cannot exceed 60cm, and the three sides cannot exceed 120cm. E-Locker/Self Pickup Point:如貨送達用戶指定智能櫃/自提點, 會發送SMS通知用戶取件, 發出SMS後開始計算, 48小時內如沒有取出貨物, 會退回代理倉庫, 用戶會再收到SMS通知在7天內到代理倉庫取件這過程不需要收費, 但用戶可再要求送件, 但會再收取一次所需服務之費用,如7天後都沒有人處理, 會退回Wonderbuy倉庫, 退倉費會產生HKD 20/票。退件在Wonderbuy 倉庫每天HKD 10/件的倉儲費。

1. If the goods are lost before arriving at our overseas warehouses, Member needs to contact the seller and arrange for re-shipment.
2. Member needs to declare the real information of the goods in system including the name and value of the goods in order to verify the goods information.
3. When a user places an order in a foreign purchase online store, the delivery address must indicate the membership number. If the membership number is not written, the loss or the international warehouse storage fee is incurred, the online store will not be responsible for it.
4. For embargoed products (please refer to embargoed products), the international warehouse will explain to the user if it is found, but the costs incurred will be recovered from the user, including return shipping, dangerous goods costs, etc.
5. If Member conceal dangerous products and cause accidents and losses caused by the products, Wonderbuy will seek compensation from the Member
6. All the Cash On Delivery or domestic delivery charge, our overseas warehouse will not accept to pay on behalf of Member
7. The goods must go through multiple personnel packing customs, airports/terminals on the way. If it is fragile, please ask the sender to pack it properly. If an international warehouse is required for packaging and reinforcement, a material fee of HKD 20/piece will be charged, please indicate it online before sending the goods;
8. If the parcel are not properly packaged and hasn’t indicate need repacking in our overseas warehouses, if any damage during transportation, Wonderbuy will not take any responsibilities and make any compensation.
9. Regarding to food, commodity such as chocolate which is sensitive to temperature and weather E.g. summer season, if there is a problem with the quality of the food, Wonderbuy will not make compensation
10. If the parcel is lost or damaged caused by our Wonderbuy, you can apply for compensation from our customer service
11. Any application for goods compensation should be applied within 7 days after Member receiving the goods. The application should include information regarding the packaging after unpacking, the status of cargoes damage and the value of the goods on the purchase record or the invoice. Customer service will reply the progress within 7 working days. If the application is successful, Wonderbuy will return the original value of the goods to the customer, and the maximum compensation limit will be HKD 500 per order
