The transportation fee will charge according to volumetric weight or actual weight whichever is bigger. The calculation method of volumetric weight is L X W X H/5000
Self-pickup point size and weight limit: the longest side of a single piece should not exceed 120CM, and the weight of a single piece should not exceed 20KG.
Smart cabinet size and weight limit: the maximum size of a single piece is 37*53*35CM, and the weight of a single piece does not exceed 20KG.
Size and weight limit of Hong Kong Post Office: the weight of a single piece should not exceed 5KG, the total length, width and height of the mail should be less than 90CM, and the longest side should be less than 60CM.
Size and weight limit of Hong Kong Post Office iPostal Station: The maximum size of a single piece is 38*47*27CM, and the weight of a single piece does not exceed 5KG.

2) A SMS notification will send to each member once arrival and if parcel is not pick up within 48 hours, the parcel will automatically return to Cheung Sha Wan/Kwun Tong/ Kwai Chung warehouse
3) It usually takes 1-2 working days for industrial and commercial districts and 1-3 working days for residential districts. In remote areas
(such as Sai Kung or housing estates or outlying islands), additional time is required for delivery.
Different courier companies will have different delivery time limits. For details, please refer to the various courier materials for freight charges.
4) The company's cut-off time for payment is 15:00 per day (except Saturday). All orders for payment after the cut-off will be processed on the next day,
please do not issue any order on Saturdays, Sundays and some special holidays.
5) It will be delivered to the pick-up point or smart cabinet in about three to four days, except for statutory holidays and remote areas (one more day is expected)
For shipments with 1-8 Parcel numbers
If the parcel is returned to the agency warehouse due to exceeding the pickup time limit, the user will receive an SMS notification to pick up the item at the agency warehouse within 7 days.
The member request to send the parcel again, but an extra delivery fee will occur. However, if the parcel has not been settled after 7 days in the agent warehouse, then the parcel will return to WONDERBUY warehouse and a return fee of HKD 20/order will occur.
Also, a storage fee of HKD 10/piece/day will charge for all returned items in Wonderbuy warehouse.
Delivery to Door (1- 20 KGS)

If delivery failed due to no one collect parcel in designated location, the parcel will return to the WonderBuy warehouse, the member will charge a storage fee of HKD 10/piece/day counted from the 8th days of cargo storage

If delivery failed due to no one collect parcel in designated location, the parcel will return to the WonderBuy warehouse, the member will charge a storage fee of HKD 10/piece/day counted from the 8th days of cargo storage
